Cai Be Project
Along with Cai Lon sluice gate, Cai Be project is a part of the Cai Lon - Cai Be irrigation system, which stands as the largest water infrastructure for flood discharge and salinity intrusion block in Vietnam.
The Cai Be sluice gate, located 1.9 km away from Cai Be bridge towards Hau river, was constructed beneath Cai Be riverbed. It is 85 meters wide, with a boat lock width of 15 meters.
